Mark Cole
With over 19 years of leadership and team development experience, Mark Cole has become a champion of the John C. Maxwell brand of leadership. Due to his passion about leadership development and organizational growth, Mark is uniquely qualified to add value to individual leaders and leadership teams. His experience has been in the non-Profit and for-Profit worlds and he has lead companies through economic challenges, growth barriers and disconnected team dynamics.

Because of these talents, John Maxwell has positioned Mark intricately into his world. Mark stewards John’s assets in a multiple of capacities. As his business manager Mark currently oversees all of John’s business ventures and serves as Executive Vice President for EQUIP International, a non-profit leader development organization founded by John in 1996.

Prior to this Mark worked in two additional Maxwell entities, INJOY/Maximum Impact and INJOY Stewardship Services were he held the role of Vice President, Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff. Before coming to INJOY, Mark served as an Executive Pastor in Atlanta, Ga.

In 2008, Mark launched his consulting firm, The IRON League.

Mark and his incredible wife Stephanie live in Atlanta, Georgia with their two daughters, Tori and Maci. When Mark is not leading he spends his time following, while golfing and skiing.
