Celera Group Church Growth Coaching

Imagine having the opportunity to talk with one of the most respected experts in outreach strategy, or Christian leadership development. Celera is one of the few places where you can have that kind of access. You’ll network with 10 to 15 other pastors, and together have the opportunity to share specific challenges, ask questions and learn from church leaders who are highly successful in church growth and are effectively reaching their communities for Christ. The Celera coaches are some of the greatest experts in the country in the areas of church leadership, personal growth, and local evangelism.

How it Works
Celera church growth coaching is provided in a closed group meeting for one hour, once a month. The time includes a coach speaking on a specific point of leadership or strategy, as well as Q & A. Sessions will be provided via phone conference, so they are convenient and cost-efficient.

One-on-one coaching
During the course of your twelve month pastors' coaching series you will receive two one-on-one coaching sessions. This is a great way to have real, honest evaluation as to how well you and your church leadership are succeeding and where you may need to grow. You can also use this opportunity to ask questions you may feel more comfortable asking in a private setting.

Annual Roundtable Discussion
Once a year you will have the opportunity to come together in a live setting with your network group and one or two of the Celera Group coaches for a full day of discussion and connection. Meeting in person is a great way to develop relationships and encourage collaboration.

Free Sermon series package
When you commit to a twelve month pastors' coaching series you may choose from one of our sermon series package at no cost. A sermon series includes Sermon transcriptions and audio, series graphics, a lead in video and sermon outlines.

Network Groups
Cost $ 149.00 per month
Includes monthly pastors' network group, two one-on-one coaching sessions, one annual Round Table invitation, and one free weekend sermon series package.
